Document B — For Partners and Procurement Firms

Operating Model

"Our role begins where product selection ends: receiving, physical quality control, and on-site installation, with the operational rigor a hotel opening demands."
Hotel corridor with designer light fixtures and room numbering — OS&E installation quality control

1. What Xourrum Is

Last-mile execution, not sourcing

Xourrum is a last-mile execution company for hotel FF&E/OS&E projects across Mexico, the Caribbean, and LATAM. We operate under a white-label model: we integrate into the operation of procurement firms, brands, and project teams without competing for sourcing or product selection — that part is already handled well by our partners.

What we don't do
  • We don't select or specify product — that's the work of the procurement firm or design team.
  • We don't compete for the sourcing contract. We're the execution layer that complements that work on the ground.
What we guarantee
  • Continuous physical control from receiving through final installation.
  • A dedicated specialist cell on every project, not rotating staff.
  • Complete documentary traceability: every item has a receiving photo, an installation photo, and a sign-off record.

2. How We Work

The 4-phase model

Every project follows the same structure, adapted to whichever customs and logistics model applies. Here's what you can expect at each stage.

Phase 1 — Onboarding
What Xourrum does
We receive your scope, drawings, and schedule. We define the logistics model and assign a dedicated cell.
What you get
A formal kickoff with a reporting SLA defined from day one.
Phase 2 — Validation
What Xourrum does
We verify every SKU against the approved spec before the supplier ships. We manage documentation and, where applicable, the customs process.
What you get
Early alerts on any technical discrepancy, before it becomes a problem on site.
Phase 3 — Receiving
What Xourrum does
We coordinate transport, count and inspect every package on arrival, and manage temporary storage if the site isn't ready.
What you get
A conformity report with photographic evidence the same day it's received.
Phase 4 — Installation
What Xourrum does
We direct the installation with our own cell supervising every piece; the contractor supplies labor under our direct control.
What you get
An acceptance walkthrough and a signed record per installed area.

3. The Differentiator

Installation control

Most procurement firms handle sourcing and selection with excellence, but they don't have a continuous physical presence during installation. That's exactly where the delays and damage that jeopardize an opening date happen.

"At Xourrum, the installation labor can be a local contractor — but the sequence, the quality standard, and the sign-off on every piece are always defined and verified by our own cell, on site, in real time. We don't delegate control, only the muscle."

That means you don't get an installation report after the fact — you have visibility and quality control while the project is happening.

4. Getting Started

Working with Xourrum

Step 1
Share the FF&E/OS&E scope, drawings, and construction schedule for the project.
Step 2
We define together the logistics and customs model that best fits the project.
Step 3
We assign a dedicated cell and schedule the kickoff.
